  5. don't deactivate accounts

    I just tried to long-in - but was greeted with "Your account is currently inactive. You cannot log in". There was no explanation given. You didn't email me. You simply deactivated my account!

    I suggest contacting members prior to deactivating their accounts. If you think there's a problem, explain it - and perhaps you'll find that there really wasn't a problem!

  11. Develop a rewards/incentive program for dedicated members.

    XHLive community is awesome and I've met some very cool humans (models/members). A lot of us were discussing a possible rewards program for the members who contribute a decent amount of money for XHLive per week.

    Believe it or not, a lot of us maintain a positive atmosphere with guests and keep the integrity of guests/members in check.   13. Bing downloads back I don't like the vibe of the site anymore. Downloads are my favorite thing because I delete vids I download on my phone.

    Once we download videos we come back to the site. No downloads no return for many because it feels weird to not watch videos directly from my phone gallery.
