  5. Accept formatting for stories.

    I posted my first story the other day. I typed it in 'Word', being careful to get everything write, especially paragraphs, but when I pasted it into the upload box, all the paragraphing was lost. I had wondered why so many stories were a massive, unreadable block of text - now I know. Come on Xham; if you want people to send in decent, readable stories, make a bit of effort. Allow Word file uploads.

  6. Story preview + categories

    It would be great, if you get a preview button on stories, since you can't edit them.
    Also more categories are needed. E.G: Amateur, Romantic/ Sensual, Outdoor.
    Last, it would be nice, if you can see in the profile, how many people read them, as you can see it for videos and pictures.

  7. Add a duration sorting

    There is a lot of very short clips, it would be interesting to sort by duration ("More than xxx minutes", for example), with different choices for minimum duration.

  9. Quality settings in profile

    Please add settings to change default quality in profile. Xhamster always play video in best quality, for users with slow computer not settings default low quality. When manual change to 240p Xhamster save, but when return next day Xhamster default play again in high quality.

  10. Photos should have Straight / Trans / Gay filters

    The photos section (which is where I frequent the most) should also have the same Straight / Trans / Gay filters available for it that the Videos section does.

    Its not that im against that material its just that some of the searches I make come up with a surprising number of Trans / Gay picture galleries and I have to scroll through pages to find what I want.

    Im also particularly Uninterested in "shemales" (and always will be) and I would like to filter out every last one of them from my pictures searches. Again its not that im…

  14. Give us an option to block ALL avatars

    there are so many disgusting avatars on this site. There should be an option to disable all avatars on the site. All decent forums/communities have this option already. You can leave it as "display avatars" as the default first option but there should be a "hide all user avatars option".

    getting fed up with these anomimus thumbs downers, if they were unhappy with the thingstory blog whatever fine but say why then mayhap an author can correct his blunder, adjust the bad grammer, correct the poor spelling [guilty as charged] but just to give what may have been several hours work a thumbs down with no explanation i find gutless in the extreme.

  20. Discontinue xHamster video player in favour of HTML5

    xHamster video player is xHamster's proprietary developed software. Except it being non-free software it also imbeeds lots of functions that can be used from conventional web development that usually are kept outside the video player (eg filters).

    As a reminder, the Pornhub NETWOK have stopped all their sites to use customized video players and have made most of them using Firefox native player (HTML5), they plan to do so with the site that currently lack HTML5 support.
