    Members such as Jockjacker should not be able to 'padlock' or restrict other members from watching videos they have not created or filmed.
    This particular member has 100's of videos restricted. If most members did this so that you'd have to ask each member for permission to see uploaded videos, this will cause frustration and a drop in membership.
