  3. Have it automatically set that when you receive hateful spam comment and block a user they will not be able to 1 star any of your postings

    Have it set so that when you block a user who has hatefully commented your postings and you block them they are automatically blocked from 1 star rating any of your postings.

    When you click on a category in either photos or videos, you should have the option be able to sort the things by popularity, when it was uploaded etc.
