  4. Faphouse makes no sense

    I think you guys took a step backwards with this Faphouse thing. You had Xhamster Gold, which made some sense, but Faphouse currently has no major draw for anyone to subscribe. The number of 'premium Faphouse videos is dreadfully small, offering less content than your main site. Should we even talk about the confusing diamond system of Faphouse? So you're charging a premium yet still so many HD videos aren't available? You should have left Xhamster Gold with a wide selection of HD videos.   11. Develop a rewards/incentive program for dedicated members.

    XHLive community is awesome and I've met some very cool humans (models/members). A lot of us were discussing a possible rewards program for the members who contribute a decent amount of money for XHLive per week.

    Believe it or not, a lot of us maintain a positive atmosphere with guests and keep the integrity of guests/members in check.   12. Make default theme based on browser or device theme settings

    For users that don't have an account or visit with incognito mode it would give a beter user experience when the default site theme is based on the browser of device theme settings. Unless the user manually overwrites it.
    This should be possible with css or javascript.

  17. at least give a warning before you remove accounts

    just yesterday my account was working fine, today i saw it says "your account is invalid".

    i received no warnings, no explanations, no reasons.
    if there is a problem with my account, at least tell me what the problem is, so i can prevent from making the same mistake in future.

    if it is possible, please restore my account.

    just keep in mind that by suddenly removing accounts you're establishing a dangerous precedent.

  18. understand that some people have physical problems that make holding their i.d.'s perfectly still impossible

    My age verification was declined because my id, though totally readable, wasn't perfectly clear. I have a neurological issue that makes my hands shake. If I'm holding the id, there is no way it will be perfectly clear, especially if I have to be simultaneously holding a separate piece of paper while trying to take a picture. Offer another age verification option and stop discriminating against users with disabilities such as mine.
