  1. Waiting a long time for a response from technical support

    Why does tech support take so long to respond? I wouldn’t be angry at the crazy answers to my questions if tech support responded at least 2 times a day and not 2 times a month. My video was deleted, I'm trying to figure out which article and at what point the violation is located, because I can't find it. They stupidly sent me a list of reasons why it could be deleted, and that’s all. I SAW HIM. I don't understand where the violation is. This wouldn’t infuriate me if it weren’t for waiting for an answer for weeks.…

  2. I think you should allow your customers to cast videos to another device

    If your customers are only able to view your videos on a mobile device that has a small screen to be able to cast it to a larger screen should be an option that you offer

  4. Improve your picture recognition system! I get detected as a minor desite being almost 30 years old!

    You clearly have to improve on your photo recognition software.
    I got the message, my dating pictures would contain minors.
    I am almost 30 years old. I am feeling flattered, that the algorithm thinks I am young but I have the feeling, that this killed my old account.
    I can provide with the photos, that I can´t upload btw...

  7. Viewing own profile in a single page

    I don't have a laptop or desktop. I using the site on my phone. Sony Xperia 10iii on Android 13 browsers are brave and Firefox Nightly. Both get used for different things until you go to profile settings. Using the web app wont work att all. After each setting I get redirected until it's done. That's confusing because you never know how does it look together Today i got asked lot stuff that should be answered by my description. I had a look.   8. Upload web page and preview are too slower make it better. Also adds block remove results remain the same result, please make this better.

    "Open web page and preview should be smooth" . If a add blocker on then the performance of website is slow to be considered but, if add blocker turn off the website performance should be running faster and smoother.

  9. Create a seperate spot for animation. Some of your pages have twice the cartoons as live action. Without entering the cearch term cartoons.

  19. token purchase need more options in amounts available.

    I would like to see an option to buy larger amounts of tokens.
    With the current system 2250 is the largest amount a person can get at one time, having been through much hassle with CC companies and banks when purchasing tokens and after getting that solved now if I try to get tokens twice in one day I'm declined, or redirected to the other payment option that I had problems with before.
    How difficult is it to add a few more options to the token list.

    Example = 5000 tokens for $400

  20. Enable video AND photo search sorting by comments

    Currently there is no option to sort the search results by the amount of comments. I would LOVE to have video and photo search results sorted by comments because reading them is half the fun on xHamster.
