    Sorry I don't know where else to post this request. I use another browser and yet again I can't download videos even when already logged in. Also I have a problem with my email and account I can't solve and I haven't found a way to contact any staff member to sort this out. Can any troubleshooting person contact me to help me solve this?     Add a prompt to ask you if you really want to block someone. I know I have mistakenly done it a hundred times and so have many others. Its really frustrating!!
