  4. Reserve an upload spot for videos.

    Since the upload is server seems to be constantly bogged down with uploading videos, why not implement a system similar to taking a number in a store.
    When the upload servers are getting near capacity there should be a small percentage set aside for users to, say click a button that say's "Take a number" and when spot assigned to that number becomes available they will receive an email, or text stating that they have a 30 minute window of time to start an upload before they lose their place in line.

    Something for us who hunt down & report spam, fake profile's thing's that got past review. Do you see who reported what ? If so after so many report's that were proved to be what they reported give them a Moderator Badge or a Spam Cam / Fake Catcher Badge call it what you want.
