why does my uploaded video not publish yet? it's been 6 days in the waiting period. is that possible? it came to my mind of reuploading it.

I've had several deleted by moderators, but had never seen them on xHamster. What truly pisses me off is the link the moderators give you to show the earlier version - not once has the link worked.

How they can delete all repeated videos ? If someone cut the video ? It's not repeated video.

Do you " hash " the uploaded videos? If you do, it should prevent many but not all duplicates.

Over a year of being "planned". How about a link to report duplicates?

Right now if you make a comment about it being a repost, your comment gets deleted and you get banned from further commenting on the post. WTF?

Make sure your "re-post feature" allows for a higher quality (ie:. HD... or longer version) to replace an older post.

And what happens with your uploads if someone else is trying to upload your material report yours so they then can upload theirs, leave it all alone the way i see it is if it is a repeat then move on to the next.
Its like saying remove all pics and vids with company logos in them, eventually there will be nothing to view.

what you should do is for everyone that complains about a vid that is reposted let them also send a link of the original video as proof that the current one is a respost and also give penalties for reposters who upload a video with the exact same title as the original, this would show they did not search for a video they just uploaded it with no regarde to the time wasted by xhamster staff to convert and upload the vid.

i like the idea of a new Button which say "RE-POST" and people who watch the video and think its been posted again and again can click on it. you can make it a policy that if a video got 100 or 200 "RE-POST" clicks can be deleted.

I completely agree with that. There is a certain segment of uploaders( I call them losers) who keep upping vids which are popular or know they are going to be popular ( like X-Art). I would strongly urge you to implement the anti re post system as quickly as possible. Thanks.l

Reposts are needed because there is too many vids and they up so many in a day you need to be here all day.

I agree, sometimes a repost happens by accident and sometimes it's intentional by people who copy it from here and then repost it again as if they did the work and the repost is exactly the same copy starting and ending the same even if it is not the entire movie or scene like in my case. I uploaded a video and I specifically chose to start in the middle of a scene to see if this would happen and sure enough it did and within days even someone reposted it. For this reason I can understand why some people identify their uploads with either small watermarks of their own or messages at the beginning so it can't be uploaded a second time or at least identifies it as a repost if someone posts the same video. I know XHamster does not like watermarks but there is a need for something to be done otherwise people may think otherwise and not share.
