Allow setting content visibility on creation only
A video/photo/gallery can be created as visible to everyone, get favorited by many and then set to password protected or visible to friends only.
Finding that some of your favorites are not visible anymore because the uploader changed that setting is not a nice user experience. The uploader should be allowed to set the visibility options of his/her content only when it's first created without being able to change it back, with the exception of making it public.

I just found out that you can't change the visibility setting from public to something else.. why don't you set this suggestion as implemented?

UPD: we won`t be setting the limits for the user.
After all, everyone has the right to change his/her own content.
