Allow users to tag/categorize content. Massive reviewing will improve accuracy
A lot of content gets tagged with the most popular categories to attract visitors, rather than the ones that best describe it.
Users could choose three tags that, for them, best describe the content. Until a minimum number of votes is reached, the tags chosen by the uploader are the effective ones, and then the three most voted would be the ones used to categorize the material.
This way the quality of the categorization would improve drastically by being maintained by the entire users community.
