Video Upload needs Improvement.
I upload quite a lot of video to this site, and have encountered many difficulties, that i hope you will consider improving upon.
1: Many times my videos will get an conversion error. But it will not come with an explanation. So it's impossible to fix.
Yet often all i need to do is reupload the same file and it suddenly works. All my videos are converted with the exact same H264 profile in MPlayer, so it makes no sense that every 3rd video fails.
2: Your mods sometimes ban a video, but they never tell me the reason behind the decision. It is so disheartening to put effort into this site, and be treated so badly.
3: I use several other streaming sites, and they all accept an upload in a matter of hours. On Xhamster it takes between 1 to 4 days, depending on the time of week it is. That makes it impossible to upload in a staggered manner, so my followers can enjoy a new upload every day.

I also I’m having issues with hamster. My video uploads fail with no reason given. I email Sparky at hamster and he does not reply. Disheartening you’re damn right it’s disheartening! Maybe you could suggest some sites that accept videos more readily. Anything you could tell Me would be greatly appreciated.
