I cannot edit in gallery the order of the images, the title or the description

I added some pics to a galley and wanted to change the order and add to change the description but I do not see where to do it, it would appear to me that the only way is to delete the entire file and create a new one?

    I agree - Would love to be able to rearrange the galleries and put the ones I want on top/display!
