slow down the speed at which each video still shown when running cursor over video to see its content.
by slowing the speed at which you show video stills at a rate of about (2.5 stills per second, approx. now) to maybe 1 to 1.5 stills per second a potential viewer can capture more of what the video contains to ascertain if a vid is what you are looking for or not....
