Add more secure payment gateways

My bank doesn't allow transactions through unsecured payment gateways for more than 44USD. Because of that I can't place transactions for packages like 550tokens, still I can do for less money but doesn't get the discount. Is there any way to support or enable better secure payment gateways?

    You can either use PaysafeCard and get the 10% discount or BitCoins and get from 10% to 13% discount.

    As for the secure GateWays, currently there are 2 payment options offered, namely “Epoch” (which offers PayPal as the payment method) and “SegPay”.
