Hopeless technical support gina favorite movies
Hi, do you have a problem with technical support too? Every now and then my favorite movies are removed and technical support is thin and can not fix it

Hi there,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to a glitch in our system many users have lost their saved Favorites. Our coders are working each day to try and restore as many as they can. There is nothing for you as the user to do for this, they will simply show up again if restored. Unfortunately, even with all the efforts they will put forth there is a chance that not 100% of the Favorites will be restored. We are sorry for this issue as we know users put much time into building their Favorites library to enjoy.
