Implement a User feedback tool which is changing the way the World views YouTube!
Improve the recommended videos (and this entire site) by giving the User the ability to remove videos from the recommendations you provide.
When a User removes a video from their recommended videos, they are also given the choice or ability to "tell YouTube why" (they removed that selection). They can choose:
a. I've already watched this video.
b. I do not like this genre.
c. I'm not interested in this channel ... OR they don't have to say a thing!
Take a page from the playbook of those Giant Corporations who are ahead of the curve, yet maintain a User-Friendly site where the individual matters.
