Limit new accounts to just a few posts, PMs, and friend requests to curb spam
To help curb the spam issue such as xxxfind.date and they Russian fake accounts how about limiting the upload and friend request for the first 24 hours? Limiting it to 10 or 20 messages, friend requests and uploads would sure help. After 24 hours they can reverify using their email address to enable them to post unlimited uploads.
The 24 hour rule would also take care of those who create xHamster accounts with temporary email addresses.

Your spammer who is flooding the Photos section with thousands of random pictures has learned your admin habits. He now creates the accounts and uses them after midnight and on weekends.
