Add a foot fetish category when uploading pictures.
currently there isn't a check box for feet or legs

Not unless it features pornographic material also. As per my previous comments, if a photo or video on this site could safely be shown to a child then it is inappriopriate content for a porn site and shouldn't be permitted. User submitted content featuring only feet belongs on a site dedicated to feet, not xHamster.
