HTML5 adobe flash in slow and takes long time
How about start streaming in HTML5 video. Good technology, future and load much faster and runs more smoother than Flash.
Also since it is open source you save lots of $$ on licensing

It is a bad reason to decline this : of course you can't do this at once, but you should at least consider encoding new vids for HTML5, and progressively encode older vids... Flash is really a BAD technology for video streaming when you are used to html5, it may crash my computer in a middle of a video, and it never, NEVER happens in other circumstances !
I'm sure you can think to a way of getting rid of this web dinosaurs...
