I want to find vidoes and pictures by uploader location

I am only interested in local contents, please let me sort (not search*) new contents by city or country of uploader, also uploader gender can be good.

1 - only allow search if I can leave query field empty to retrieve everything.

    I second this, I want to be able to search for all videos uploaded by a UK user or an Italian user, etc..
