Add a rating for video quality
Instead of the single rating, how about two ratings. One for the video content, and another for the quality of the video. Often I find hot vids that have been so compressed or poorly saved that they are barely watchable. Others have been crystal clear, but pretty lame. Adding a second rating line would allow users make this distinction.

That would be good but that's why they offer preminem so you get better quality.
