Well, first off all, i want to give some props before i start my slight rant.
i absolutely fucking LOVE the new options for uploading videos "friends only" and "private". This is one of the few things ive really missed on this site. awsome decision! and i will use it all the time now:)

Now, that doesnt mean that all is peachy though..lol
I think the fact alone that it takes up to 4 days to have shit converted and posted is absolutely ridiculous!!
Ive been and is currently member of several streaming based sites and i also moderated one about a year ago. Granted we had a filesize limit at 300MB back then we had shit converted and okayed WITHIN 24 hours! So 4 days make no sense to me, and usually has me frustrated as fuck while waiting:(
So to me it seems either yall need to upgrade your converter (if it works slow, and thats the reason for delay) or you need to invite more mods in to okay stuff (if thats the hold up...)
I can personally and honestly say i would be a more contributing member if stuff like that took a normal ammount of time.

And i know that some people here have issues with the 5 videos pr day rule etc..
Me, well im not one of those. Id rather have a strict limit on how much to post, if i could get back to work within a day or 2 tops!
