Remove ban function from all - models & knight users are mad from this function. Rapidly going to abuse this function, they use it to anyone who according them is not ok - and it's really not connected with any bad behavior of users. Year ago chat worked well with all users. the "knights" thing isn't exactly what they were thinking years ago... we need "site mods" who can mod any room, and maybe silence users for 24 hours but not ban them, including gold members. There was a time when 99% of gold members were excellent but now they're just as bad as basic users. I was told there was going to be a set of rules the mods had to follow, but the site is becoming like chatterbait, with power-hungry "knights" deleting black users left and right because they are overcompensating for small cocks. The smart girls will pick mods who know what they're doing, but a lot of the token slaves will "knight" every gold member or someone who tips the a lot but might have been on the site a month and has no idea how we do things in cams.

Yeah, really sucks to get ban, because you can't tip. Even if you're respectful...

@Anonymous, knights can't ban each other, knights can only ban basics (black usernames). But yeah, banning for not talking or not tipping is utter bullshit.

Well, damn, we have mods now, but it wasn't the way we expected. It's just like CB now. There was supposed to be a set of rules. Mods should be able to silence users for some time frame, not ban them from the model's room. A lot of these guys are power-hungry gold members who talk shit and love to ban because they can. At least when I get "knighted" I give most people a warning first before I ban them. Models need to choose their knights carefully and not let them be dickheads.

Nik you're looking at it the wrong way. There are a lot of trolls, idiots, and haters in cam rooms. it runs off the good models and the good users. The Cam Soldiers always did a good job of moderating cams rooms in the absence of formal moderators. Mods should need to give a warning first, silencing a bad user for a short period of time and then it expires; the cammer should be the one who can permanently ban. There should also be independent site moderators who are answerable only to xHamster's rules. All other sites have mods. We need them badly... though it may be too late.
