All my favorites are gone they were there yesterday. I would like to know what happened

ALL of mine disappeared this morning!

I can't even save favourites now :/ nothing happens when I press the heart...

I had over 2600 videos in my favorites and I'm currently down to 885!. I thought your site didn't stand for bullshit! :/

Due to a glitch in our system some users have lost their saved Favorites.

Our programmers are currently working hard trying to restore them as soon as possible.

yes I'm down from 600 to 80 favourites. the videos themselves are still on xhamster. I have found some that I saved on my own favourites bar and may be able to recover others from history on my own computer.

My favorit video's are ALL gone. I ma soooooo sad. I spend so much time on bringing them together..

Clearly, this 'bug' persists. Half of my favorites have disappeared.

So it would appear this is still a problem. I was just in my account over the weekend and had favorites and recommendations. This morning... nothing. No favorite videos.

There was a "critical error" in the system a few days ago that seemingly ended up in resetting all Favorites.

Our IT team have been working tirelessly to restore the previous records of user favorites from our backup server.

However, we have been notified that there may be a slight possibility for a portion of records not to be restored.

Please be patient until the videos are restored and apologies for these inconveniences caused!

I lost most of my favorites too. I only have 8 now.

October 22, 2016 and it happened to me. It says empty. Wtf?! Doesn't make me want to pay for anything. I haven't been a member long, and I was trying to decide if I want to become a premium member or not. I certainly don't want to if this sort of thing happens a lot.

Now,2016 still happening again,all my favorited left me...T.T

We had an internal bug to the enormous overloading - the bug has been fixed by Aug 17.

I updated java and got them back. Something else might have happened though
