It has recently come to my attention that some models have been receiving tips from Gold members, only for the same models have those tokens, which they have worked for, deposited back to the user. Apparently, this is because of suspected fraudulence. Most performers rely on these tips (a users token of appreciation) as this is their way of life. (not all, I admit, but for the most part they consider it work to pay bills.) Also, in most cases, I've noticed these same people who tip, have only joined the site barely hours prior to tipping. My suggestions are as follows:
Firstly make it so that you cannot buy tokens with a Credit Card until the email they sign up with as been verified, and also prevent it so that you can only sign that 1 card to 1 email address, unless the user changes their email on the same account, which again they need to confirm before using their card. I say this because I've seen various Gold Members with more than 1 account tip with I understand from things picked up in passing the same card that is used on their other accounts ("I made another account cos my card got blocked" etc etc.
To implement these simple, yet needed actions would eradicate the need for users being reimbursed for dubious transactions, and personally, having 50 tokens worth of money hardly warrants a refund for fraud related business. $1000's and $1000's worth of tips maybe but not a couple cents/dollars. Remember, you wouldn't go to a strip club, tip the lady $20 and expect it back would you? the same thing applies here, just in a virtual environment.
Finally, I would also like to suggest an option for Pro Models to be able to only accept tips from Verified members. Verified being those with verification photos/videos.
