DMCA is a joke that xhamster use to kill profiles they dont like because they keep complaining. Also DMCA has no jurisdiction outside of the USA therefore as Xham is in Cyprus it should totally ignore ! But if they are so scared and choose not then full disclosure of the complaint should be given to the alleged trangressor who should be proved innocent until his/her response to the allegation !
