Award 5 tokens for every 2-3000 views on videos=to the uploader
Give 5 tokens to up-loaders who's video's reach a certain # of views
they could use these to tip cam-girls,this could possibly help for better
quality of vids posted and also help the cam-girls,seen another site
that has that feature .

i think its a fuckin great idea! but maybe more like 5 tokens for every 50,000 views or somethin. tokens should only be awarded tha videos with really high views or ratings.

I really think this would be a waste of time - its not really going to promote uploading, the servers are already inundated with that as is. And the other issue as views can be manipulated with refreshes.
