have a report option for performers who reach goal and then dont perform, emily22, do this all the time.
there are a few girls who say they will do certain things when they reach goal and then dont do it. They go private for a few seconds and just change the goal figure. Emily22 do this always. Its simple you just put it on the report list as an option. If you get enough complainst you could ban the performers. simple eh.

also, make it where only the people who have contributed to that particular performer's show or are gold members can report them for not giving a show when promised.
