No need to publish it in the app stores
Pornhub stores the APK right on THEIR OWN site. You just have to allow for installation of apps from unknown sources in the security settings (ANYBODY with ANY amount of common sense AT ALL knows what sites they can trust)
NOTE - The above is for ANDROID devices. Can't speak for iOS devices as I don't own one

This would be an amazing way to get a higher fanbase. YouTube is as successful because people can go to it on mobile devices because of the app.
