Post a clear Terms Of Service for Pro models with a statement regarding chargebacks.
There needs to be a clear Terms Of Service written out for PRO cam models stating that Chargebacks are given without prior notice. The models work hard and they earn the money they receive, but when a refund is given without prior knowledge, or a written clearly posted warning, that can be considered fraud, as there is no warning or clearly set rules regarding Live cams or Chargebacks and refunds. There needs to be a Pro model TOS written clearly stating that XHamster gives refunds not in the model's favor and without fair investigation. That way, models will already know that they may lose money and won't bother trying to earn the site money if they don't feel like it. Honestly, it's a utter waste of time to work for 8+ hours a day and lose over 1/2 of what you earn due to refunds. It's BS. It needs to be posted clearly that XHamster gives refunds without prejudice to any person for any reason and not in the model's best interest even if she delivered what was promised for the tokens.

Oh man.. I'm currently waiting for my pro account to get approved and reading all these comments about chargebacks, super cheap members, and models fighting each other is quickly changing my mind. I might just stay on the site I'm on. I know that models usually get the shit end of the stick on sites even though they make the money, but I've never seen it THIS bad.

Yes, I totally agree with this idea. It is not right for models to get money unexpectedly removed from their account and not have forewarning. There needs to be something stating that chargebacks are given even when the model has performed her duties. Every other site I have worked on and still work on, does have something like this clearly posted. If there is no TOS, Xhamster could be held liable and possibly end up in legal trouble.
