I don't know how many times that I've tried to enter the "Black Women" category only to find myself sifting through dozens upon dozens of black men with white women. That's is own thing and when I am not in the mood for that I don't want to see it. If you give users control to judge the accuracy of individual tags it will organize videos much better. When certain category tags get too low the tag disappears and that video will fall out of that particular categorized group. Up votes will counter the spammers and trolls. This can replace the "flag for wrong category" function that becomes a lot of work for users and xham admins.
