Delete users and their content when no longer a user or have visited their site in 365 days or more (or a set time frame), as this will allow new and previous up-loaders the chance to upload material and be able to respond to questions or reply to comments about this material.
Some users are not using this site and do not delete their content or profile, i have come across profiles of ex users who last visited 700+ days ago and some who have deleted their profile but not their video's, and we have no way of replying by message to such content so a waste of current users time.

As I commented on a similar question, xHamster ought to create an option to "SUSPEND" your account for a period not to exceed 1-2 years. At the end of the suspension you either continue the suspension or indicate your desire to delete the account. If once an account is created and there is NO ACTIVITY for six months or more xHamster should contact thru email the person and give them an ultimatum. Suspend for "x" amount of time or delete the account.That would definitely weed out all the fakes and those that come on for 1 day and never come back.
