Major ISPs are flagged by captcha, which means hundreds of thousands if not millions of users are denied access to the site. This needs to be resolved ASAP. Do a search for suggestions related to captcha and you'll find numerous reports of significant issues with absolutely no response or resolution in sight. This is affecting premium customers.
