we seriously need a way to ignore idiots in rooms who flood or use caps or talk shit stuff like that
an ignore button like other chatrooms have

All the people who flood or use caps are normally standard members - gold members rarely do it. The simple answer is to click the report flag opposite their name in the chat window. If enough click it then that user looses their account.
