Clean out unused, old accounts.
If someone hasn't used there account in months , send an email , be for there account is deleted. Way to many accounts set up and not used.

Or an account rank for the purpose of making an account un-deletable after a giving time? just in case your country is overcome by treason and your internet access is reduced to morse code like interpolations of binary data...

no no no there loads of old accounts with great content, i my self didnt come on for like 5 years but was glad everything was here when i did

this really does make sense... nearly 9 million? is pretty unrealistic.
