You can improve chat members to realtime, not necessary to reload the page every time

On the desktop and mobile website variants of the site, chat is real time ...
BUT it IS very very slow ..........
This is mainly because the web app code periodically "poles" the server to see if there are new messages, then displays them.
Polling more quickly, will affect your system and increase load on the server.
Reloading the page just slows your system and increase load on the server, slowing everything for everyone.
