Add fullscreen mode on livecam
Possibility to enable fullscreen mode en livecam with chat mesage on right side.
Maybe usine fullscreen API on HTML5 :).

Since the chat would be too intrusive in full screen, we added the possibility to tip while on full screen mode, and to start a private show so that you do not miss any important moments. Hope this helps!
