I'm confirming this in 2024. (this is not browser dependent, this error is ever-present).
At Sign-up, after details are entered, and "Sign up for free" button is pressed, there is a pause (30 sec), then empty captcha title appears without a picture, then white picture block flashes after 10 sec, then after 20 sec empty text field appears without no button!
So, sign up is impossible!
I had no problem setting up this uservoice account with the same information.

I have contacted the support to try & get help through this error but the only response i receive is clear your browser cache & try again that lead to nothing being fixed.

I can't not upload my video

I was getting the ''recaptcha failure'' error. I eventually made it like this: i clicked forgot my password. Then i clicked cancel and it redirected me back to login page as a seperate, dedicated interface. There i tried to login again and it worked at the first try.

This is not new, I've experienced reCaptcha problems for 2 years.
Also, there has been a problem with Firefox and google reCaptcha (used by xhamster) not working properly, usually, the check fails even when it was correct.

So it might help of you could specify the
a) operating system and version
b) the browser and version
c) have you tried other browsers
d) does it eventually (reload the page and try like 15-20 times) work?
