Consider this ... you are an admin of a site.
Someone who want to remain Anonymous asks you to ...
1) Remove a video from a site (containing millions of videos), BUT they haven't given you anything to help you identify the video!
2) Tell them who posted the video .... the video they haven't given you anything to help you identify the video!
3) Tell them where posted the video was posted from .... the video they haven't given you anything to help you identify the video!

So Anonymous, as admin ... how can you fulfil this request ? Develop mind reading skills?

So Anonymous, as a poster on this suggestions forum ... how can you have made the request better?
1) use a real name
2) provide details of the video
But you don't want to let the world and his dog know about the offending video.

The answer to that is simple ...
a) Don't used the public suggestions forum, that is periodically looked at by the admins, to make a private request to the site admins.
b) Use the 'Contact us' page (linked at the bottom of the site pages) to send a personal and private message directly to the site admins, providing all the information needed to remove the offending video.
