Make it Mandatory on sign up to add an introduction picture
When a person chooses to sign up and enter stuff like born of birth etc...
they will need to add an introduction and wait to he/she gets verified to use the account so this will not spam accounts and fake account

No problem with verification by face pic, but I do not want to show my face to the public.
Anyway, I would prefer a better way to verifiy identity and age than face pic, but unfortunately, there is no good service available, that works more or less instantly all around the globe. -
