I want to embed on my https website and that is preventing somehow the detection of flash which result in an iframe that is in it's whole a hyperlink to the videopage.
How can i embed with html5?

Could you please be more clear on just how to do that? Switch of the flashmode? Where?

"Protecting" videos from *gasp* being downloaded by forcing us to use flash player - of all awful plugins there are - while it's well-known that it can be circumvented anyway is just wrong on so many levels. Actually using flash on any website should be the absolute last resort and should be considered a terrible decision even if it's the only choice. Flash needs to die, now. There is no place for it on the modern web.

Regarding the easier downloading of the videos, the Flash Player doesn't actually provide any sort of protection since you can look up the source code of the page (Ctrl+U on Mozilla Firefox) and search for ".mp4" which leads to the direct link of the media.

Using flash provides some minimal protection against the video being downloaded. Many of the people who upload videos like this. There are programs that can download flash video, but a relatively small subset of the xHamster user population has them. There's be a lot more downloading if it was as simple as right click and Save As.
