Ban flag counter as it is a violation of people's privacy.
Some people here use trackers to find where you live using your IP address, that's a violation of privacy some chose to remain anonymous yet some bastards are trying to find where you live!

Pretty easy image got an extension *.jpg, *.png, *.gif etc anything outside these extensions( for example *.html *.php) should not be allowed period.
No there are none; it's violation of people's privacy why the fuck do you need my IP @ for?

The only way to do this would be to ban all off-site image links. There are many legitimate uses of such images.
