we should be able to block states ,blocking the whole us sucks
i do not want the guy next door looking at me cam,i hate going outside and get funny looks because they have seen my cam show,i am suck of being followed and almost kidnap one time

You're talking about that you want the power to see their I.P. addresses. You can do it that way.
