Staff - 14.11.2021 13:11Hello,
According to the latest regulations in the industry our users are allowed to publish only the content supported by the full set of documents which includes: IDs of all performers, models releases with consent for shooting, distribution, download and 2257 form.
At the moment all the pictures without documents were removed from the public view and set to ‘Waiting for moderation’ status therefore you can no longer view your Favorite galleries. Now all users have time to become verified creators, provide all the documents and restore the content back to public view.
We are constantly working on making xHamster a safe and pleasant experience by protecting the rights of content owners and preventing the distribution of potentially prohibited content.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
Kind regards,
Scorp

</quote>Conclusion MasterCard are dictating how the 'industry' works. MasterCard want the 'industry' to ensure all content is fully documented and have strict moderation, review and take down procedures.
Also, it appears that these are restrictions are being imposed via MasterCard's TnC's, decided by one or two people at MasterCard, who appear to be dictating to the world their opinions. But as they cite child abuse, you can't argue against it.
So, with the prospect of reducing the owners' profit, either through the inability to take payment and/or the additional costs for moderation, review etc. Then the owners have decided to only allow content from content producers and so have implemented these restrictions.
So, we can protest these changes to xhamster, but won't make any difference. Leaving, will give personal satisfaction, but won't dent their profits ...
There are too many other humans to take your place and watch all them ads.
