When you enter a room it's quite clear you have a problem with people control. I think moderation can't possibly be enough to rectify that by the "Reviewers" - and i don't think that should be their job.

Personally i began as a simple member inside camgirl room and eventually bought token to encourage her. So my opinion is that a "member" should be able to enter the room as they are potential customer. Guests? no idea what they are in for beside another risk of screen capturing;

1) So in my opinion Gold member + Members allowed: Guests required to log in/sign in to xhamster to be there.

Secondly, i speak as a "member" here, it's really unbelievable what the girl are put up through with the members comments. Moderation can be sometimes required for "Gold Member" but the "Member".... its just insane. One request after another and top of the class insults and humiliation contest. During a show, seeing in caplock "piss plesssssaaaee" as spam all along and irrespective things like that, it's really crazy. Again my own opinion; i never talked as a "Member" during girl show, except the occasional compliment. I think you really should consider removing by default their permission to talk in the girl's room. It should kill 90% of the problem of the moderation and gives the girl a largely more comfortable place to call their home.

2) "Gold Members" with tokens or if ever bought some - talk. "Members" = silence by default.

Those 2 changes is simply a permission switch for group status, it should take realistically around 2 minutes to change in the code and turn over the table of the current chaotic camgirl situation. I think it would solve 90% of the problem in a 2min fix, and let you think it over if you have better ideas if you plan to remake the form in the future for html5 and h.264 - i also feel the reviewer will be happy to have a lot of spare time on their hands for their activities.
