I have noticed that the video that was interrupted/failed while uploading still visible in video section creator's personal profile tab of Videos>Wait . There must be resume uploading feature even after some hours like in Youtube. Or at least if failed or not uploaded completely the specific videos should be able deleted by the creator. Empty videos fill the screen and your server. So take consideration in this issue for better user/creator experience as well as to improve site lagg and the server storage. Hope it will reach you.
