Make it possible to "reply" to more than one person's comment at a time"
If, say, 3 users ask the same question in the comments on a video, if there is a check box next to the comment and a master "reply" button, then sending 3 replies wouldn't be needed.

I came here to post this too. Multi-quote in the replies would be nice. It notifies the user if their comment is replied to so it would be nice to select everyone you want to send a general "thank you" to rather than replying to each one and clogging up the comment section. We like to stay in touch.
