You can always start broadcasting just by signing up as a pro - no need to advertise or make money on it.

This feature has also been introduced for the safety reasons - otherwise there is a huge risk of being flooded with spam videos irrelevant for all our fans.

This is strange I never knew xhamaster even had a section like this!
I agree with you Matt but if 100 regular people are broadcasting and 99 of them are cocks then I could see why xhamaster no longer allows it because it cost them money to broadcast it and cocks don't really bring in to much money on cams.
