Next available video upload time estimation
When the user uploaded 10 videos there should be an *additional line:
You are not allowed to upload more videos today because of exceed of the daily limit (10 videos per 24 hours)
*You can upload videos in: <time until you can upload, [hours:minutes:seconds]>

I agree, because I don't know what time the upload reset is at. It would just be handy to know, like how you can go to Tumblr post limit checker lets you know when you can start posting again.
